wife of
acclaimed saxophonist Gerald
Albright, is the
owner of Just Sweet Enough, Inc., a gourmet cake, cookie and gift
basket company specializing in low-sugar gourmet desserts.
The initial inception for Just Sweet
Enough® came after Glynis was diagnosed
with a very serious illness and was advised by doctors to radically
change her diet. She decided to create a dessert line that
would substitute or reduce sugar and fat whenever possible. Now healed
